Billing Policy
Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly).
Yearly plans are charged as a single upfront payment and offer a discount compared to monthly billing.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
Yearly subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within 14 days of purchase if no premium features have been actively used.
Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your data will not be deleted immediately, but adding new records or photos beyond the lower plan's limits will be restricted.
Important Notes
